New improved Jumpsuit version

We got to design so many different pieces and tested many different fabrics over the last couple of years. Our jumpsuits are made from 100% Cotton Canvas.  

This fabric has many benefits. It's a durable and strong fabric, and therefore long-lasting. At the same time, the fabric is easy to care for and wrinkle resistant, as well as breathable and absorbent.

Cotton Canvas is a more sturdy fabric, made from thicker yarns. We chose for a brushed cotton, which means the surface is very soft instead of the normal cotton canvas fabric that is a bit more coarse. It has the same feel as a light denim jeans (The Brushed Cotton Canvas that we use is 300grams, about 10oz). Made to last and perfect for every day wear. All year round. It has no stretch so it will not stretch out once wearing it.

For everyone who already owns a Jumpsuit / Formerly known as Palaver

Read only when you've purchased a jumpsuit with us before / Formerly known as Palaver. Previously, our jumpsuits were made from a stretch linen fabric. The stretch also made it more loose, which meant the jumpsuit didn't hold its structure after wearing. Our new Jumpsuit is made out of a thicker fabric that both holds its structure after wearing it, keeps you warm in colder seasons but is breathable enough for the warmer seasons. On top of that: the colours are more vibrant. The same beloved Jumpsuit, in a new improved version.

New sizing

We're excited to announce that we're adding more sizes: XL and XXL. 

Previous sizing: some of you downsized depending on your height and depending what colour jumpsuit, with the new sizing and fabric this will no longer be the case. Example previous sizing: a customer is 1.67m and has a size S/M, has a longer torso, smaller bust and hips/bottom, but had a XS Original or S Original because of the height and the stretch in the previous jumpsuit. 

New sizing: our new and improved Jumpsuit is more true to size (no more sizing down), we advise your regular size or a size larger. If you have a longer torso, you can go for a longer length for some extra room at the crotch area. Example new sizing: that same customer that is 1.67m and has a size S/M, has a longer torso, smaller bust and hips/bottom, but now has a M Tall. If the same customer had a bigger bust and/or hips/bottom we would advise a L Tall.

Pregnancy sizing: we've had so many beautiful pregnant ladies that have worn our Jumpsuit during their pregnancies and it's also easy to use for breastfeeding because of the buttons. We advise one or two sizes larger than your normal sizing for a more oversized fit.

New sizing per height

Our Tedja Jumpsuits has a slim / tight fit. Very important: ONLY go for your regular size if this is your true size. Always go for the larger size if you’re between sizes. If you love an oversized fit, we advise a size larger or even two sizes larger. 

 

Petite

(Petite 1.60m and shorter): We advise your regular size. If you're in between sizes, we advise the larger size. If you are around 1.60m you can also go for a longer length, Original Version.

The difference between Petite and Original: around 2cm longer torso and 4cm longer length.

Original

(Original 1.60m - 1.65m): We advise your regular size. If you're in between sizes, we advise the larger size. If you are around 1.65m and you have a longer torso we advise a longer length, Tall Version.

The difference between Original and Tall: around 2cm longer torso and 4cm longer length.

Tall

(Tall 1.65m - 1.70m): We advise your regular size. If you're in between sizes, we advise the larger size. If you are around 1.70m and you like wearing platforms or heels, we advise a longer length, Extra Tall Version.

The difference between Tall and Extra Tall: around 2cm longer torso and 6cm longer length.

Extra Tall

(Extra Tall 1.75m - 1.80m): We advise your regular size. If you're in between sizes, we advise the larger size.

Extra Service

We offer extra length on top of the length of the Classic Jumpsuit. For a fee (€25), you can add 5cm's to your jumpsuit length if you have longer legs. Email us at hola@tedja-shop.com so we can make a custom order.

Mini Kids Jumpsuit 

(Size 1-2 years old): we advise your regular size. It has an oversized fit and there's enough room for a nappy / diaper. Only go for a bigger size if you have an above average height.

(Size 3-4 years old) we advise your regular size. It has an oversized fit and there's enough room for a nappy / diaper. Only go for a bigger size if you have an above average height.

(Size 5-6 years old): we advise your regular size. Only go for a bigger size if you have an above average height.

(Size 7-8 years old): up until 8,5 years old.
