If you are a member of the press and would like information about Palaver or interested in featuring Palaver in an editorial, please send an email to PR@palaver-shop.com.
If you are interested in stocking Palaver in your store, please send an email and a brief description of your store or online store to email@example.com.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Palaver online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
- Return items must be received by Palaver within 14 days of notifying and any return shipping costs are incurred at the expense of the customer.
- All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.
- Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/credits are processed.
- Original shipping will be refunded upon return of a full order within the EU.
- We do not refund return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
- We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
- We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the EU.
