SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Our aim is to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible, while ensuring that it is safely and securely packed for its transportation.
- Once your credit card is authorised, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are shipped within 3 business days.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
- Palaver is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
RATES FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING
For the Netherlands
€6.95 for shipping within the Netherlands.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow your parcel until arrival. Orders from the Netherlands will be delivered within 2 working days.
For countries within the EU
€15.00 for shipping within the EU.
Packages are posted within 3 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow your parcel until arrival. Expected shipment time within Europe is 2 - 5 working days, depending on country & postal code.
Shipping does not include possible import duties and/or VAT charges incurred upon importing the online order to your country.
For international shipping outside the EU
€15.95 for shipping to the UK.
€25.00 for shipping to all other non-EU destinations.

Shipping costs do not include possible import duties and/or VAT charges incurred upon importing the online order to your country. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
RETURNS AND SHIPPING
Q: How long does it take until my order gets here? (within The Netherlands)
A: We aim to send your package within 1-2 working days. If you order before 12:00pm, we aim to send your package the same day or the next business day.
Q: How do I return my item(s)? (within The Netherlands)
A: You can return your item within 2 weeks (with tags still attached and not worn outside). If you simply would like to return your item(s), you can send it straight back to our postal address:

Please note when returning your item:
- write on the receipt or a piece of paper what you want to do with your order (for example: return it, exchange it for a different size, other)
- once we've received your item, we will process your return (refund your amount OR exchange for a different size) within 5 working days. Please only e-mail us when the 5 working days have passed, unless you have an urgent matter. We try our best to answer to every customer and put our love and care into every message we get.

Q: How do I return my item(s)? (outside of The Netherlands)
A: You can return your item within 2 weeks (with tags still attached and not worn outside). Please send us an e-mail to hola@palaver-shop.com for a different return address if you're returning from outside of The Netherlands.
Q: Can I pick up my order somewhere in Amsterdam?
A: No. All our orders are send from our warehouse outside of Amsterdam.
REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Palaver online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
- You must email hola@palaver-shop.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Return items must be received by Palaver within 14 days of notifying and all return shipping costs are incurred at the expense of the customer.
- All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.
- Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/credits are processed.
- We do not refund return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
- We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
- We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the EU.
